The brand new automatic locking bench BMH Pressmaster

Bos Machines in Vianen introduces various machines and systems for process optimization in the carpentry industry. Brand new is the BMH Pressmaster.

The Pressmaster is a fully CNC-controlled locking bench for frames, windows and doors. For the application of glue and dowels, the integrated glue applicator BMH Gluemaster.

With an enclosure size of 260 x 300 mm up to 3,500 x 5,400 mm, the Pressmaster can enclose a wide range of windows, doors and frames. Various layouts are possible, including automatic feeding of parts.

 

Framemaster

In addition, Bos Machines is expanding the BMH program with the Framemaster. This machining center was developed for both timber frame builders and frame manufacturers.

The Framemaster is available in various versions. Thus, the machine can be used for all conceivable sawing, milling and drilling operations for timber frame construction. An expanded version is ready for the production of cavity laths, shelving and set frames.

 

Windowmaster

Earlier this year, Bos Machines presented the BMH Windowmaster 50 TopLine. Standard equipped with smart and fast BMH software and four machining tables, this machine delivers top capacity and is suitable for automatic production lines. There is now also a compact model of this type: the BMH Windowmaster 10. In addition to its standard 5-axis robotic motor, this machine includes 50 tool positions and servo-controlled extraction hoods.

 

Bos Machines implements its latest generation of BMH Windowmasters with new machining tables and machine software with 3D simulation.

Also new is the BMH Loadmaster for automatic loading of a crosscut line. Special variants regulate the automatic loading of a BMH Windowmaster from platform carts.
