Our website contains buttons that allow web pages to be shared on social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. These buttons work with pieces of code that come from the relevant company. Cookies are placed via this code. We have no influence on this. Read the privacy statement of the companies themselves to see what they do with your (personal) data that they process via these cookies. The information they collect is anonymized as much as possible. The information is stored on servers in the United States. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+ state that they adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles and are affiliated with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Privacy Shield program. 2. Privacy Policy

Bos machines handles the personal data of customers, associates and users of its website with care. We ensure that personal information provided to us is treated carefully and confidentially.

If you enter personal data on our website, you agree to us using your data in accordance with our privacy statement.

2.1 Collection of personal data

When you visit our website, we may ask you for personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. For example, in case you want to download documents or subscribe to a newsletter, webinar or seminar. In these cases we ask you to fill in the relevant personal data on a web form. Data relating to your click and usage behavior on the website, we use for research into opportunities for further optimization of the website.

2.2 Processing of personal data

In addition, your information may be used by Bos machines to inform you by telephone, post or e-mail about products and/or services of Bos machines and/or carefully selected partners of Bos machines that are relevant to you.

Bos machines does not pass on the personal data you provide to other parties other than those with whom we have a processing agreement in order to properly perform our services and activities, unless you have given your express consent to do so. This with the exception of special circumstances, such as if required by law.

If you have given us your e-mail address, for example to download a document, to receive a newsletter or to participate in a meeting, your e-mail address may be used to inform you about content and events of Bos machines and/or carefully selected partners of Bos machines that are relevant and interesting to you. This is made known with a clearly visible notification on all forms on the website. It is also possible that you have explicitly agreed in another way (for example, by telephone or e-mail) that your e-mail address may be used for the occasional receipt of relevant information.

Forest Machinery does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or used.

The information that you provide to Bos machines is stored in a secure environment. When processing personal data, Bos machines uses a level of security that, given the state of the art, is sufficient to prevent unauthorized access to, modification, disclosure or loss of personal data. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate. Our databases and applications are secured with Multi-factor Authentication.

2.7 Right to access and correct or delete data

To prevent misuse, we ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, please send a copy of the cookie in question.
