Designed for the production of furniture, doors, windows and solid wood applications, the BMH Routermaster Vega 5X PRO PLUS 1632 is excellent at machining (panel) doors (hinges, lock cases, crank/cylinder holes and multi-point locks) thanks to its 5-axis robotic motor , but it is also suitable for performing more complex machining. The machine frame is made entirely of high-quality steel. This structure is excellent for harsh production conditions. The machine structure and adjustment using high-tech laser equipment ensures the highest level of precision.
Each traverse has 3 pieces of Schmalz vacuum cups. The vacuum cups and reference stop mounted on the traverses ensure perfect and precise processing.
Panel lifters ensure easy removal of the workpiece.
