BMH Loadmaster WM

The Loadmaster WM allows you to automatically load the Windowmaster with parts, making the best use of your valuable production time.
With the Loadmaster WM, you benefit from several important advantages. Because you sort the parts after the four-sided planer directly into the corresponding floor cart, you avoid unnecessary lifting. You can place parts together by make or type of machining if desired, so you get a greater return from your CNC machining center.

Once the shelf trolley is filled, you can place it in the Loadmaster WM and lock it. A CNC-controlled handling unit then removes the beams one by one from the tier cart. Thanks to the automatic bar code scanner, the Windowmaster knows what operations are required on the part. The feed control system fully automatically checks the workpiece dimensions.

Before loading into the Windowmaster, each bar is positioned and straightened with extreme precision. Finally, the manipulator of the Windowmaster takes over the bars.

The BMH Loadmaster WM allows you to produce for several hours in a row without an operator. Not only during the day, but also outside standard production hours.
