If necessary, one of our service engineers will be at your door within 24 hours. With our service subscription, you receive priority for all repairs.
✓ Unlimited teleservice
You have unlimited access to our teleservice. Via an integrated camera monitoring system, we can quickly get your production back up and running.
✓ Reduced hourly rate
You receive a 10% discount on the labor costs of our service engineers (on-site).
✓ Periodic maintenance check
1-2 times per year (depending on usage) we visit your facility for a periodic maintenance check. Following each maintenance check, you will receive a comprehensive inspection and advisory report (required for VCA inspection and ISO certification).
