CNC router Vega 4X Ultra

The CNC router Vega Ultra is an ergonomically designed milling machine for modular wood furniture and door applications.

Thanks to the standard editing macros present, operation is very easy and fast.

The machine frame is made entirely of electro-welded steel, this structure is excellent for harsh production conditions. The machine structure and adjustment using high-tech laser equipment ensures high level precision and accuracy. The vacuum traverses are manufactured according to the latest technology. Each traverse has 3 pieces of Schmalz vacuum cups. The vacuum cups and reference stop mounted on the traverses ensure perfect and precise processing.
Panel lifters ensure easy removal of the workpiece.

The CNC Vega Ultra router machine is equipped with automatic center lubrication at 19 different points, this ensures long life and simplifies the maintenance process. The tools can be pre-measured thanks to the automatic tool offset unit mounted on the machine.
