CNC nesting machine Flexa Pro

The Flexa Pro 3-axis CNC nesting machine is designed for processing wood, aluminum and light metal or similar materials. This CNC nesting machine Flexa Pro is suitable for performing standard milling and surface operations.

The machine frame is made entirely of electro-welded steel, this structure is excellent for harsh production conditions. The machine structure and adjustment using high-tech laser equipment ensures high level precision and accuracy.

Grid table produced from phenolic material and equipped with automatically controlled reference stops in the X and Y axes.
The machine comes standard with 1 vacuum field.

All movements are via rack and pinion tracks driven by servo motors. The portal moves in the X direction by means of two servo motors (one on each side of the portal). The applied servomotors have excellent acceleration. The tools can be pre-measured thanks to the automatic tool offset unit mounted on the machine.
