CNC nesting machine Flexa Pro

The Flexa Pro 3-axis CNC nesting machine is designed for processing wood, aluminum, light metals, and similar materials. This Flexa Pro CNC nesting machine is suitable for performing standard milling and surface machining operations.

The machine frame is made entirely of electro-welded steel; this structure is exceptionally well-suited for heavy-duty production environments. The machine structure and alignment using high-tech laser equipment ensure a high level of precision and accuracy.

Matrix table made of phenolic material and equipped with automatically controlled reference stops on the X and Y axes.
The machine comes standard with 1 vacuum zone.

All movements are executed via rack-and-pinion systems driven by servomotors. The gantry moves in the X-direction using two servomotors (one on each side of the gantry). The applied servomotors feature excellent acceleration. Tools can be pre-measured thanks to the automatic tool offset unit mounted on the machine.
