CNC nesting machine Raptor Ultra

The Raptor Ultra Line CNC nesting machine is designed for processing wood, aluminum and light metal or similar materials. The machine is capable of performing standard milling and surface operations and is ideally suited
for serial production.

The materials to be processed are automatically loaded by the CNC nesting machine through the feeding station. After processing the sheet materials, the parts are then unloaded automatically. This allows you to produce very efficiently.

The machine frame is made entirely of vibration-free steel, this structure is excellent for harsh production conditions. The machine structure and adjustment using high-tech laser equipment ensures the highest level of precision.

Raster table produced from aluminum and equipped with automatically controlled aluminum stops in the X and Y axes. The reference stops guarantee a good frame of reference. The matrix structure of the table is divided into equal blocks, which ensure a strong grip of the workpiece. The machine comes standard with 8 vacuum fields.

The machine is equipped with automatic center lubrication to 21 different points, this ensures long service life and reduces maintenance costs. Manual lubrication via the control panel is also possible.
