The BMH Sawmaster Ultra automatic crosscut saw puts the fast, efficient and accurate cutting of your crosscut frames within your reach. Thanks to the use of high-quality components, long service life and accuracy are guaranteed. The advanced Sawmaster software, specially developed for the carpentry industry, ensures easy operation. It can be used universally in combination with all common work preparation programs. The saw lists created therein can be automatically read into the BMH Sawmaster Ultra.

The length of the wood and any chalk marks are automatically read in by the BMH Sawmaster Ultra automatic crosscut saw, then the wood is fully optimized from the cut list for optimum efficiency. To make it even easier for you, the optimized wood is displayed graphically on the screen.

For cutting raw wood, it is also possible to make additional sawing movements to cut out additional head cracks until the beam is free of head cracks. Then the wood is optimized again. The large window and lighting allow you to clearly and easily see if the wood is actually head crack free.

In addition to fully automatic grading, it remains possible to manually grade the wood according to your own special requirements and/or compile your own saw lists on the machine.
Every BMH Sawmaster Ultra is built customer-specifically. A wide choice of versions is available. Think of automatic feed conveyor, automatic buffer tables and label printers. A different working direction is also possible.
