The BMH Sawmaster Ultra automatic crosscut saw makes fast, efficient, and accurate cutting of your mouldings effortless. The use of high-grade components guarantees a long service life and high precision. The advanced Sawmaster software, specially developed for the joinery industry, ensures user-friendly operation. It is universally compatible with all standard preparation and engineering software. Cutting lists generated in these programs can be automatically imported into the BMH Sawmaster Ultra.

The length of the timber and any chalk marks are automatically scanned by the BMH Sawmaster Ultra automatic cross-cut saw, after which the timber is fully optimized based on the cutting list for maximum yield. To make it even easier for you, the optimized timber is displayed graphically on the screen.

For cross-cutting raw timber, it is also possible to perform additional cutting operations to saw out end cracks until the beam is completely free of end cracks. The timber is then re-optimized. Through the large window and the lighting, you can clearly and easily see whether the timber is indeed free of end cracks.

In addition to fully automated sorting, it remains possible to manually sort the timber according to your specific requirements and/or compile your own cutting lists directly on the machine.
Every BMH Sawmaster Ultra is built to customer specifications. A wide range of configurations is available, including automatic infeed transport, buffer tables, or integration with a four-side planer. A custom working direction is also possible.
