BMH Sortingmaster

With the innovative BMH Sortingmaster for frame parts, you automate the production of wooden frames, windows and doors. The Sortingmaster is the connecting link between your CNC machining center and the supply of wood from the cutting and planing plant.

The machine consists of a magazine surface and an action unit. From the supply of the product, the handling unit picks up the workpiece and places it in the magazine. Based on criteria such as wood size and wood type, the Sortingmaster calculates the ideal layout of the warehouse. Wooden beams can be stacked up to a length of 5400mm and a height of 900mm. Depending on the available warehouse area, hundreds of parts can be included in the warehouse.
