BMH Sortingmaster

With the innovative BMH Sortingmaster for window frame components, you can automate the production of wooden window frames, windows, and doors. The Sortingmaster acts as the connecting link between your CNC machining center and the timber feed from the cross-cut and planing installation.

The machine consists of a storage area and a handling unit. Upon product feed, the handling unit picks up the workpiece and places it into the storage system. Based on criteria such as timber dimensions and wood species, the Sortingmaster calculates the optimal layout for the storage. Timber beams can be stacked up to a length of 5400 mm and a height of 900 mm. Depending on the available storage surface, hundreds of components can be accommodated within the storage system.
