The CNC machining center Windowmaster 30 Topline has been updated for even more capacity. The BMH Windowmaster 30 Topline has a very attractive motor configuration with two machining motors:

  • a 30 kW vertical milling motor for profiling ( along and contra)
  • a full-fledged 5-axis robotic motor for all drilling and notching.

In addition, this full-fledged CNC machining center comes standard with a fully enclosed cab around the machining area.

The BMH Windowmaster is designed from the idea of the Dutch frame. This results in a heavy and stable construction. Unique is the TopLine machining table which is the only one of its kind resting on the lower frame. This results in long-term high accuracy and minimal maintenance.

With a TopLine version, you can get even more capacity from the machine. In the Windowmaster 30 TopLine CNC machining center, the machining table is equipped with split duo clamps, which can be used independently of each other. This makes it possible to load a workpiece on the machine table both at the front and at the rear, and to always machine 2 workpieces simultaneously in the machine regardless of their length (up to a max. of 3,600 or 4,500 mm each).

By using servo-controlled extraction hoods directly behind the tool of the robot motor, optimal extraction is achieved. The extraction hoods are automatically controlled by wood width. Additional collection bins on either side of the frame provide additional chip extraction.

Also unique to the Windowmaster 30 TopLine is the quick tool change. Both machining motors change from a fast and dust-free linear magazine. In addition, the total tool length of 250 mm can be lowered under the machining table. This benefits your flexibility and investment in cutting tools.

The in-house developed BMH software provides user-friendly operation with numerous advanced features. These include 3D program simulation, tool life monitoring and extensive reporting. Various software macros are part of the standard equipment, such as for arched frames, vertical slanting, (bead) mitre and quarter round.

The Windowmaster 30 Topline can be supplied in a left or right-hand layout. We will be happy to advise you on your layout choice.
