BMH CNC Machining Center Windowmaster 40
The BMH Windowmaster 40 was designed with the Dutch window frame in mind. This machining center is equipped with a BMH combined infeed and outfeed cross-feed system with an infeed control system. The machine operates in a right-hand configuration, with infeed on the right front and outfeed on the right rear. Manufactured in 2017. Includes Leitz tools.
With thoughtful frame construction, a very stable frame has been created. In addition, the motors are mounted on a solid gantry construction and the machine has 2 heavy-duty machining tables with a perfect clamping system. During machining, both tables are active! While machining on one table, the other table can be loaded or unloaded, achieving a continuous working process.
The wood can be clamped in the rebate, making it possible to produce a wide range of profiles without adjusting your wood dimensions. In addition to a vertical milling motor, the machine is equipped with a 5-axis robotic head, making the machining possibilities numerous, without using aggregates! Super fast tool change thanks to the ATC arm. Optimal dust extraction through the use of servo-controlled extraction hoods directly behind the tool of the vertical milling motor.
