During the preliminary phase, discussions with Bos Machines led us to conclude that we needed to do things differently in order to move forward. When we made the purchase, we were able to customize the Windowmaster 20 to our own specifications.

The great thing about Bos is that they design everything themselves, so if there’s a malfunction or a technical question, they can help you right away. If we can’t resolve an issue over the phone, a technician is always on-site quickly.

The Windowmaster 20 is a robust and low-maintenance machine. After 1.5 years of use, we have still not reached the limits of this machine's capabilities. We can do more with it than we initially thought.
