In the preliminary process, through discussions with Bos Machines, we came to the conclusion that things had to be different in order to move forward. When we purchased the Windowmaster 20, we were able to put it together as we saw fit.

The great thing about Bos is that they design everything themselves, so in case of a breakdown or a technical question they can help you immediately. If we can't work it out over the phone with problems, a technician is always on site quickly.

The Windowmaster 20 is a robust and low-maintenance machine. After 1.5 years of use, we are still not at the end of the possibilities of this machine. We can do more with it than we thought.
