The machine thus prevented us from starting something that would not turn out well. So it saved us a lot of time and money that the machine "thought with us," so to speak.

What we also appreciate about Bos Machines is that they have everything under one roof: they design and build the machines themselves, they provide the associated software and offer service and maintenance. That makes Bos Machines truly unique. For us, it means that we only have to deal with one party. Whether I have a question about the software, the operation of a machine, or if there is a malfunction, they quickly find the right person who can help us.

The quality of service is also really good. The mechanics working at Bos Machines stand behind their work more than 100%. Even if it is a difficult problem or already after 18:00. Then they just go the extra mile and they always continue until the problem is solved. That motivation sometimes amazes me.
