The machines we purchased at Bos Machines are well-designed. For example, we recently wanted to make a new part, but the machine indicated that it wasn’t possible. The machine thus prevented us from starting something that wouldn’t have turned out right. So the fact that the machine, so to speak, “thought along with us” saved us a lot of time and money.

Another thing we appreciate about Bos Machines is that they offer everything under one roof: they design and build the machines themselves, supply the corresponding software, and provide service and maintenance. That’s what makes Bos Machines truly unique. For us, it means we only have to go to one provider. Whether I have a question about the software, how to operate a machine, or if there’s a malfunction, they quickly find the right person to help us.

The quality of service is also really good. The technicians who work at Bos Machines are 100% committed to their work—and then some. Even if it’s a difficult problem or after 6:00 p.m., they simply go the extra mile and always keep at it until it’s resolved. That level of dedication sometimes really amazes me.
