Nico Duin clamping bench
The Nico Duin clamping bench consists of a vertically positioned plate of 10 mm thick steel. Holes are drilled into this with a center-to-center distance of 90 mm, ensuring the cylinder is always positioned almost perpendicular to the joint, allowing the joint to be pressed together tightly.
The plate is inclined at a 9-degree angle. The reason for this is to prevent the operator from having to bend forward too much when working on higher mullions. This allows the operator to remain almost upright.
6 standard cylinders are included. These have a stroke of 150 mm and a 30 mm chrome shaft. A magnet is attached to the rear so that the cylinder can be positioned at any desired angle (for example, for angled window frames). If necessary, the number of cylinders can be expanded indefinitely.

The finely adjustable stops are used for a transom in the window frame. The stops are placed on the table within the frame and then adjusted precisely. The advantage of this is that there is no longer any need to use spacer blocks.
