BMH Loadmaster PL
Loading a crosscut saw with heavy, rough timber beams is a labor-intensive process. Thanks to the Loadmaster PL, you can easily automate heavy lifting operations involving timber beams. The Loadmaster PL has been specifically engineered for joinery plants primarily processing rough lumber.
The Loadmaster PL operates in conjunction with your crosscutting system. Once the operator has activated the cutting list and selected the appropriate timber pack, the automated cycle initiates. The Loadmaster PL transfers an entire layer of beams from the timber pack onto the infeed cross conveyor of the crosscut saw
The BMH Loadmaster is available in various configurations to suit your plant layout. Equipped with specialized vacuum grippers, the Loadmaster is well-suited for rough lumber. For optimized and defect-free timber, the Loadmaster PS is available
Timber packs can be loaded easily onto a robust support frame.
Equipped as standard with:
- Stable gantry frame with vacuum beam mounted on a scissor lift mechanism
- Air shut-off valve on 7 vacuum grippers, which cuts off the air supply when a gripper is not in use (for shorter timber lengths)
- Light curtain on the infeed side as intrusion protection, remaining parts shielded with safety fencing
- Pack support frame
