BMH Loadmaster PS
The BMH Loadmaster ensures the automated loading of your cross-cut saw. Efficient, automated and a major improvement in working conditions. Manual feeding of heavy beams is now a thing of the past.
The Loadmaster PS integrates seamlessly with your cross-cutting system. Once the operator activates the cutting list and selects the appropriate timber pack, the automatic cycle starts. The Loadmaster places the timber beams one by one onto the infeed table of the cross-cut saw.
The BMH Loadmaster is available in various configurations to suit your factory layout. You can choose from 1 to 3 timber packs (more positions upon request). Thanks to the special foam vacuum grippers, the Loadmaster is suitable for pre-planed or optimized timber. For rough timber, the Loadmaster type PL is available.
Timber packs can be easily loaded via heavy-duty loading trolleys (included) that can be driven into the BMH Loadmaster via rails. The rails are flush with the production floor so that your forklift or side-loader is not obstructed.
Equipped as standard with:
- Heavy-duty loading trolley
- Controlled via 21.5" color touch screen
- Full integration with BMH Sawmaster Ultra
- Air shut-off system, ensuring each vacuum cup is automatically closed when no timber is present
- Light curtain on the infeed side as intrusion protection, remaining parts shielded with safety fencing
