BMH Loadmaster PS

The BMH Loadmaster provides automatic loading of your crosscut saw. Efficient, automated and a great improvement in working conditions. Manual loading of heavy beams is now a thing of the past.

The Loadmaster PS works in conjunction with your crosscutting system. Once the operator activates the saw list and selects the correct wood package, the automatic cycle starts. The Loadmaster places the wood beams one by one on the feed table of the crosscut saw.

The BMH Loadmaster is available in different versions to fit your factory layout. You have the choice of 1 to 3 wood packages (more positions on request). Thanks to the special foam vacuum grippers, the Loadmaster is suitable for pre-planed or optimized wood. For raw wood, the Loadmaster type PL is available.

Wood packages can be easily loaded via heavy-duty engineered loading trucks (included) that can be driven into the BMH Loadmaster via rails. The rails are recessed into the production floor so that your forklift or side loader is not hindered.
