Our newly developed and sophisticated machining table results in a smart machining method. You can therefore save on the investment of cutting tools!
The machine comes standard with a high-quality 5-axis robotic head, allowing for a wide range of machining possibilities without using aggregates!
The linear tool magazine mounted at the rear of the CNC machining center Windowmaster 10 accommodates as many as 50 cutting tools. Dust extraction is optimal, thanks to two servo-controlled extraction hoods and integrated frame extraction.
The in-house developed BMH software provides user-friendly operation with numerous advanced features. These include 3D program simulation, tool life monitoring and extensive reporting. Various software macros are part of the standard equipment, such as for arched frames, vertical slanting and quarter round.
