Windowmaster 40 TopLine CNC machining center
The BMH Windowmaster 40 TopLine is a highly versatile and fast CNC machining centre for your joinery plant. This powerhouse comes equipped with numerous options as standard. Because the BMH Windowmaster 40 Topline is available in various working directions, this CNC machining centre can be optimally integrated into your layout!
The BMH Windowmaster is designed with the Dutch window frame concept in mind. This results in a heavy-duty and stable construction. A unique feature is the TopLine machining table which, as the only one of its kind, rests on the base frame. This ensures long-term high accuracy and minimal maintenance. Furthermore, the TopLine table is equipped with various innovations, guaranteeing top quality for your product.
Up to a working length of 2,700 mm, 4 components can be machined simultaneously in the Windowmaster 40 Topline. The maximum working length is 5,400 mm without repositioning in the longitudinal direction. This prevents the formation of noticeable joints.
The machine is equipped with 2 machining spindles as standard:
- a heavy-duty 30 kW vertical routing motor for profiling (longitudinal and counter)
- a fully-fledged 5-axis robotic spindle for all drilling, recessing, and angular machining operations.
Optionally, the Windowmaster 40 TopLine can be equipped with an additional drilling motor or a device for sawing out and routing glazing beads.
Another unique feature of the Windowmaster 40 TopLine is the lightning-fast tool change. The tools for the 30kW routing motor are changed in just a few seconds. Furthermore, the total tool length of 250 mm can retract below the machining table. This benefits your operational flexibility and investment in cutting tools.
The in-house developed BMH software ensures user-friendly operation with numerous advanced features. Examples include 3D program simulation, tool life monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. Various software macros are included as standard equipment, such as those for arched frames, vertical sloped, and quarter-round profiles.
The Windowmaster 40 Topline is available in the following variants:
- i-version: Infeed at the front and outfeed at the rear
- u-version: From left to right or right to left
- e-version: Infeed and outfeed are positioned above each other
- lm version: With automatic loading from the BMH Loadmaster
(All variants are available in both right-hand and left-hand working directions)

- 60 tool positions in a dust-tight magazine

- All workpieces are machined in a single clamping cycle without repositioning along the length.
