CNC machining center Windowmaster 20 TopLine
The BMH Windowmaster 20 Topline CNC machining center has been updated. This versatile CNC machining center offers you all the machining capabilities you need for the production of solid wood windows, frames and doors.
A unique feature is the TopLine machining table that, as the only one of its kind, rests on the lower frame. This results in long-term high accuracy and minimal maintenance. Thanks to the Topline duo clamps, which can be used independently, you always machine 2 workpieces simultaneously, regardless of their length (up to a max. of 3,600 or 4,500 mm each).
By using servo-controlled extraction hoods directly behind the tool of the robot motor, optimal extraction is achieved. The extraction hoods are automatically controlled by wood width. Additional collection bins on either side of the frame provide additional chip extraction.
The in-house developed BMH software provides user-friendly operation with numerous advanced features. These include 3D program simulation, tool life monitoring and extensive reporting. Various software macros are part of the standard equipment, such as for arched frames or sloping.
Also unique to the CNC machining center Windowmaster 20 TopLine is the rapid tool change via a 52-position linear tool magazine. In addition, the total tool length of 250 mm can be lowered under the machining table. This benefits your flexibility and investment in cutting tools.
The Windowmaster 20 Topline can be delivered in either left or right-hand versions. As a result, the machine will always fit perfectly into your production process. We will gladly advise you in your layout choice.
