On June 7, there was a big party at Nijhuis Toelevering. It was the official opening of their state-of-the-art machine production line! By placing the BMH cut-off/planing line in line with two BMH Windowmaster 50 Topline CNC machines, Nijhuis Toelevering has taken their production and quality to a higher level.

After the BMH cut/planing line, the wood is buffered in four BMH Sortingmasters. The BMH Sortingmasters are the beating heart of production. They ensure a seamless sequence, which is essential for efficient production.

This completely automated line also eases the workload for the operating personnel. Thanks to the BMH Loadmaster, the daily manual placing of wooden beams (250 pieces!) into the machine has become a thing of the past. The new production line and automation is a huge improvement for the staff!
