A BMH Windowmaster 20 TopLine in the Bommelerwaard region
Timmerfabriek J. van der Vliet BV is located in Nederhemert, in the southern part of Gelderland: the Bommelerwaard. For more than 25 years, the company has been producing sustainable wooden frames, windows, and doors for residential construction, renovation, and non-residential construction.
In September, we installed a BMH CNC machining center, the Windowmaster 20 Topline, which is now fully operational. This machine gives Van der Vliet even more machining options for the production of solid wood windows, frames, and doors. In addition, production can be carried out more quickly, thanks in part to the fast tool change via the linear magazine with 52 positions. Two workpieces can also be machined simultaneously, regardless of their length, which further increases productivity.
Bos ' in-house developed software ensures user-friendly operation. Van der Vliet has also opted for the BMH 3D software. The 3D Master ensures that the necessary data from a 3D window frame drawing program remains available and can be used directly to control production. The 3D Master visually displays the drawn window frame, including the processing tools if desired. Van der Vliet already had a BMH Gluemaster and a BMH Sawmaster, which are now also controlled via the 3D Master.
In short, it's a great time to work at Timmerfabriek J. Van der Vliet!
