A BMH Windowmaster 20 TopLine in the Bommelerwaard region

Joinery J. van der Vliet BV is located in Nederhemert, in the southern part of Gelderland known as the Bommelerwaard. For over 25 years, the company has been manufacturing sustainable wooden window frames, windows, and doors for residential construction, renovation, and non-residential projects.

In September, we had the privilege of installing a BMH CNC machining center here—the Windowmaster 20 Topline—which is now fully operational. With this machine, Van der Vliet gains even more processing capabilities for the production of solid wood windows, frames, and doors. Furthermore, production speeds are increased, thanks in part to rapid tool changes via the 52-position linear tool magazine. Additionally, two workpieces can be machined simultaneously regardless of their length, further boosting productivity.

Bos Machines’ in-house developed software ensures user-friendly operation. In addition, Van der Vliet has opted for the BMH 3D software. The 3D Master ensures that the necessary data from a 3D window frame design program remains available and can be used directly to control production. The 3D Master visually displays the designed window frame, including the machining tools if desired. Van der Vliet already had a BMH Gluemaster and a BMH Sawmaster, which are now also controlled via the 3D Master.
