Field service technician
As a field service technician, you are the person who puts a smile on the customer's face when another fault is solved. From periodic maintenance to solving complex electrical, mechanical or control-technical failures: as a 'service master' at Bos Machines, you fix it all.
What you will do
As a field service engineer you will be involved in various tasks. You are the designated person to take care of the general maintenance of our (complex) machines. Are you dealing with a malfunction or defect? Then you know how to respond quickly and find a suitable solution. You are responsible for the installation and commissioning at customers. You work service-oriented and help customers with questions as best you can. Because you are the person who knows all the ins and outs about the operation of the machines, you also give instructions about this to the operators. You are also keen on opportunities for possible follow-up assignments.

What you need
Do you want to get started as our new field service technician? We are looking for someone with the following profile:
- A relevant mbo degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar);
- Experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Driving license B and willingness to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium;
- You live within a one-hour radius of Utrecht;
- Motivated, service-oriented and communication strong;
- Working experience with wood or metalworking machinery is a plus.
