CNC Machine Safety Specialist

As a CNC Machine Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our machines. From testing and inspections to writing manuals, you will take care of it all.
What are you going to do?
In this versatile position, your tasks will be very diverse. It is precisely this variety that makes the work interesting. Your tasks will include:
- Testing and inspecting CNC machines, both in our workshop and on site at customer locations;
- Testing machines for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the European Machinery Directive and CE standards;
- Writing complete and clear machine manuals, tailored to our self-developed machines;
- Managing and archiving technical files.
You interact daily with colleagues from different departments and with external parties. This makes you an indispensable link in the entire process, from development to delivery.

What do you bring to the table?
We are looking for an accurate and motivated specialist who likes to take responsibility and has an eye for detail. In addition, you have:
- A relevant vocational diploma, for example in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar;
- At least five years of relevant work experience is an advantage;
- Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Driver's license B and willingness to travel;
- Thorough knowledge of the European Machinery Directive and CE standards;
- Good administrative skills and knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Motivated to develop new knowledge and skills.
Experience with woodworking or metalworking machines, commercial skills, and knowledge of Ridder iQ are an advantage.
