CNC machining center Windowmaster 50 Topline
The BMH Windowmaster 50 TopLine is the fastest and most versatile CNC machining center on the Dutch market! The ideal combination of top quality, maximum speed, and automation.
The BMH Windowmaster is engineered around the concept of the Dutch window frame, resulting in a heavy and stable construction. A unique feature is the TopLine machining table which, uniquely in its class, rests directly on the base frame. This ensures long-term high accuracy and minimal maintenance.
For working lengths up to 2,700 mm, as many as 8 components can be processed simultaneously within the Windowmaster 50 Topline. The maximum working length is 5,400 mm, without the need for repositioning in the longitudinal direction. This prevents the formation of noticeable joint lines.
The machine is equipped with 2 machining spindles as standard:
- a heavy-duty 30 kW vertical routing motor for profiling (longitudinal and counter)
- a fully-fledged 5-axis robotic spindle for all drilling, recessing, and angular machining operations.
Optionally, the Windowmaster 50 TopLine can be equipped with an additional drilling motor or a unit for sawing and routing glazing beads.
The machine is equipped with 2 working tracks, on which a total of 4 Topline machining tables are mounted. Thanks to this dual-track setup, there is no waiting time for loading or unloading workpieces.
Another unique feature of the Windowmaster 50 TopLine is the lightning-fast tool change. The tool for the 30kW routing motor changes in just a few seconds. Furthermore, the total tool length of 250 mm can descend beneath the machining table, significantly benefiting your operational flexibility and investment in cutting tools.
The in-house developed BMH software ensures user-friendly operation with numerous advanced features. Examples include 3D program simulation, tool life monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. Various software macros are included as standard equipment, such as those for arched frames, vertical sloped, and quarter-round profiles.
The Windowmaster 50 Topline is available in both left-hand and right-hand working directions. As standard, the Windowmaster 50 Topline is equipped with the BMH Loadmaster WM automatic loading system. Optionally, the machine can be integrated with the BMH Sortingmaster.
