CNC machining center Windowmaster 50 Topline
The BMH Windowmaster 50 TopLine is the fastest and most versatile CNC machining center on the Dutch market! The ideal combination between top quality, top speed and automation.
The BMH Windowmaster is designed from the idea of the Dutch frame. This results in a heavy and stable construction. Unique is the TopLine machining table which is the only one of its kind resting on the lower frame. This results in long-term high accuracy and minimal maintenance.
Up to a working length of 2,700mm, as many as 8 parts can be in the Windowmaster 50 Topline at the same time. The maximum working length is 5,400mm, without longitudinal overpacking. This prevents the formation of perceptible nicks.
As standard, the machine is equipped with 2 machining motors:
- a heavy-duty 30 kW vertical milling motor for profiling ( along and contra)
- a full-fledged 5-axis robotic engine for all drilling, notching and below-degree machining.
Optionally, the Windowmaster 50 TopLine can be equipped with an additional drilling motor or a device for cutting out and milling glass slats.
The machine is equipped with 2 work tracks, on which a total of 4 Topline machining tables are mounted. Thanks to this double work track, there is no waiting time for loading or unloading workpieces.
Also unique to the Windowmaster 50 TopLine is the super-fast tool change. In just a few seconds, the tool changes for the 30kW milling motor. In addition, the total tool length of 250 mm can be lowered under the machining table. This benefits your flexibility and investment in cutting tools.
The in-house developed BMH software provides user-friendly operation with numerous advanced features. These include 3D program simulation, tool life monitoring and extensive reporting. Various software macros are part of the standard equipment, such as for arched frames, vertical slanting and quarter round.
The Windowmaster 50 Topline is available in both left- and right-hand operation. As standard, the Windowmaster 50 Topline is equipped with the BMH Loadmaster WM automatic loading system. Optionally, the machine can be coupled with the BMH Sortingmaster.
