For 25 years, Bos Machines has been successfully producing BMH automatic crosscut saws at its factory in Vianen. Now it is time for the introduction of a new member of the BMH family, namely the BMH Sawmaster Pro. A compact and attractively priced saw, but with the familiar quality of Bos Machines. The name Pro is a deliberate choice. This is because it symbolizes professional, process improvement, production increase and trouble-free.

What is special about the Sawmaster Pro is that there are no options available. Everything needed for an efficient crosscutting process is available. For example, the Sawmaster Pro features a label printer for product recognition. Also, the advanced module package optimization is standard for all users. This allows even better division of wood, resulting in a very low waste rate.

The software was developed in-house and offers great ease of use thanks to the large color touch-screen. Saw lists from work preparation programs can be easily read in, but it is also possible to compile your own saw lists at the machine.

The working position for the operators has been well thought out. The working height of the saw is optimal and placed at a slight angle of 8 degrees. This makes it easy to place the workpieces on the support table. The operating screen is at eye level as is the label printer.

The first Sawmaster Pro crosscut saws are now on order. In addition to the Pro version, the Ultra version also remains available. This BMH crosscut saw is custom assembled and is very suitable for further automation, for example in complete production lines or in line coupled with four-sided planers.
