How is it now.....

It's been a year since the hard work of installing the new production line at Carpentry WEBO. The BMH Windowmaster 50 TopLine was installed in a fully automated line, allowing WEBO to produce its window frames even faster with high quality.

From a package of wood, the BMH Sawmaster crosscut saw is automatically loaded by the BMH Loadmaster. At the end of the line, a large output buffer transport was chosen. This allows the production line to produce autonomously for a very long time, without human intervention.

Thanks to the BMH Sortingmaster vacuum buffer station, there is no longer a need to choose between optimal sawing layout or optimal loading. The Sortingmaster acts as an intermediate buffer to sort and temporarily store parts. These parts are then retrieved as needed and fed into the Windowmaster. As a result, less wood is lost during the machining process, which in turn makes production more sustainable.

Control of the production line is done through the BMH 3D Master software. This is linked to Webo's 3D frame drawing program (DeltaPi). Thanks to the BMH 3D Master software, the complete 3D geometry of the frame is preserved and this saves a lot of time on work preparation.

Through this link you can watch a video of the process of the Windowmaster 50 TopLine at Webo.
