It has already been a year since hard work went into installing the new production line at Joinery WEBO. The BMH Windowmaster 50 TopLine has been integrated into a fully automated line, enabling WEBO to produce its window frames even faster and with high quality.
Starting from a timber pack, the BMH Sawmaster cross-cut saw is automatically loaded by the BMH Loadmaster. At the end of the line, a large output buffer transport system has been chosen. This allows the production line to operate autonomously for very long periods without human intervention.
Thanks to the BMH Sortingmaster vacuum buffer station, it is no longer necessary to choose between optimal cutting layouts and optimal loading. The Sortingmaster acts as an intermediate buffer to sort and temporarily store components. These components are subsequently requested as needed and fed into the Windowmaster. As a result, less timber is lost during the machining process, making production more sustainable.
The control of the production line is handled via the BMH 3D Master software. This is linked to Webo's 3D window frame design software (DeltaPi). Thanks to the BMH 3D Master software, the complete 3D geometry of the window frame is preserved, saving a significant amount of time in work preparation.
